The player is a courier that was sent in Virrihiael to deliver a letter to The King, once he delivered the letter, he will be contacted by an agent of The Red Shade. From there he can choose to side with The King or join The Red Shade.

Quests

There are 2 storylines composed of 9 main quests and 4 secondaries.

Main Quests:

The main quests are common to both storylines and are the introduction to the demo:

Just Another Delivery:

"I was told to deliver a Sealed Letter to The King of Virrihael, I've made it to the City Gates, now I need to meet The King and give him the letter."

The Red Shade:

"I was approached by a shady man named Mack that told me to meet him at his house, I should hear what he wants."

The King questline:

The King questline will be played if the player decides to side with The King by reporting to him that Mack is a Red Shade agent:

Judge, Jury and Executioner:

"The King ordered me to assassinate Mack, the Red Shade's agent, because it's the only way to take him down without setting the panic inside city."

The Southern Harvest:

"Mack, The Red Shade's agent had a letter that said that his hideout was in farm north from the City walls, The King assigned me and Ryan to go check it out, and that a division was sent north few days ago, but it never came back."

The Good News:

"We have killed Martin and Vera, the leaders of The Red Shade, and hopefully with them their whole cult. I should report the news to The King."

The Red Shade questline:

The Red Shade questlines will be played if the player decides to join The Red Shade:

One Of Them:

"I've joined The Red Shade and Mack gave me the first assignment, I have to assassinate The Count of Virrihiael. He told me to recover the equipment of guard inside his chest at his house, and disguise myself as one of them, to then assassinate the count."

One Step Forward:

"The City will soon be in havoc after I've killed the count. Mack told me to reach Vera, another Red Shade agent. She is in a farmhouse just north from the city walls. I should get there as soon as possible."

They Shall Fall:

"We've killed every guard in Virrihael Military's outpost. Another group should have already attacked the city. I need to join the battle and help the cult prevail."

Secondary Quests:

Secondary Quests will be given to the player by NPCs around the world. They are all playable while being both a King's Man and a Red Shade agent, with the exeption of "He's My Son".

For My Little Sister:

"A woman named Tess gave me some packed food to deliver to her little sister at the Curch. She told me she's so busy she can't do it herself, I should help her."

He's My Son:

"A woman in the City told me that her son was assassinated and robbed of his ring. She would like to have it back and she told me that Elizabeth, located at the Tavern, could be helpful."

Every Dead Man's Nightmare:

"They say there is a man named "The Thief of The Dead" who's digging graves and stealing things their families buried with them. I should speak with Mother Nebivia and learn more."
