The Main Menu of the RPG Creation Kit Demo.

The Main Menu Scene represents the Main Menu of your game, and it is the scene where you will always start playing or testing your game.

You can rapidly load the Main Menu scene by clicking on the Cellview m b.png button inside the Cell View.

The associated scene is called "_MainMenu_", you should NOT rename it, and it should always be inside the Build Settings with the Index 0.

From the Main Menu you'll access to different sections of your game:

  • New Game: allows you to create a new game through the Character Creation.
  • Load Game: opens up the LoadSave Panel.
  • Settings: opens up the In Game Settings Panel.
  • Credits: opens up a panel that displays the credits.
  • Exit: quits the game.

You may want to edit as you please the Menu and every panel it contains, but be careful to not remove functionalities or references from buttons or scripts.

Everytime you want to Play your or test your game you need to load or create a new savegame.
